We are currently hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ufa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Fluent in Russian (both written and spoken) with good command of English
