We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our dynamic team in Split, Croatia. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating and shaping various materials into desired forms using specialized tools and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use specialized tools and equipment to shape materials such as wood, metal, or plastic into desired forms.
- Read and interpret blueprints or design plans to determine the specifications of the final product.
- Operate various machinery including saws, drills, lathes, and routers to shape materials according to specifications.
- Monitor the quality of the finished product to ensure it meets the required standards.
- Make adjustments to the shaping process as needed for optimal results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and design plans.
- Strong knowledge of different types of materials and their properties.
- Excellent manual dexterity with good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to operate various machinery safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina for standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in shaping or related field.
- Previous experience working with specific types of materials (e.g. wood, metal, plastic).
- Familiarity with computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
