Contract Moderator - St-Petersburg, Russia


We are currently seeking a contract moderator in St-Petersburg to join our team. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online content, ensuring it adheres to our company's standards and policies. Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on various online platforms, such as forums, social media, and websites.
- Ensure that all content follows our company's guidelines and policies.
- Review reported content and take appropriate action according to our procedures.
- Communicate with users regarding their content and provide support if needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian (native speaker preferred) with a good understanding of English.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working with technology and able to learn new tools quickly.
- Prior experience in online moderation is a plus, but not required.

Salary:
This is a contract position paying 1700$ per month.

Location:
The job will be based in St-Petersburg, Russia. However, due to the nature of the role, remote work may also be possible.
