Sales Manager - Plovdiv, Bulgaria
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This part-time position is suitable for men who are looking to gain experience in the field of sales. You will be working with a team to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and generate new leads. Your strong communication skills and ability to close deals will be essential in achieving targets and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking and market research
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts with potential customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with the Plovdiv market is a plus
- Own visa for working in Bulgaria is preferred
Salary: $1600 per month (based on performance)
