We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Plovdiv region. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Plovdiv market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives to meet targets and objectives

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Knowledge of the Plovdiv market and its key players is preferred
