Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

In this role as a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms and models. Your main goal will be to create innovative solutions for complex data problems and to optimize processes through the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business needs and develop scalable solutions that can be deployed in real-world applications. This position is based in St-Petersburg, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms and models
- Gathering and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Evaluating the performance of machine learning models and making improvements as needed
- Utilizing various programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ to develop scalable solutions
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in machine learning
- Communicating findings and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, natural language processing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or C++
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Knowledge of big data frameworks like Hadoop or Spark
- Ability to work well in a team environment
