Administrative Assistant - Contract Position (Sharjah, UAE)
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE on a contract basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior administrative experience looking for a short-term contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing office documents, records, and files
- Coordinating appointments and meetings for the team
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a biometric passport (Pakistani or Egyptian preferred)
- Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
