Courier in El-Ain, Egypt


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Courier to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to various locations within a specific timeframe. Your main goal will be to ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver packages and documents to designated locations within the assigned timeframe
- Plan the most efficient delivery route based on location and traffic conditions
- Ensure all packages are properly secured for transportation
- Obtain necessary signatures and payments upon delivery
- Communicate with customers to address any concerns or issues regarding their deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of pickup and delivery, item description, and recipient information
- Follow all safety protocols while operating a company vehicle

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as a Courier or similar role
- Ability to navigate efficiently using maps and GPS devices
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
