Administrative Assistant for International Company in Umm-Said
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our international company in Umm-Said. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
- Liaise with external vendors and clients as needed.
- Conduct research on various topics as requested by the team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Salary: 1700$
