Contract Barber
Location: Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team on a contract basis in Ufa, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting and styling services to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role and must be able to work independently. This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension and potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic and advanced hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for both men and women
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in hair cutting and styling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and tools
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Promote salon products and services to increase sales

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Barber in a fast-paced salon environment
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, styles, and grooming techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own tools
- Experience working with diverse clientele is an asset

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
