We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our busy salon in Ufa. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client's needs and preferences
- Perform haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services according to client's requests
- Keep work area clean and sanitized for the safety of both clients and staff
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Stay updated on current hairstyle trends and techniques
- Upsell salon products to clients as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of various hair types and styles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have experience working with different hair textures and lengths
