Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our team in Ufa. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in barbering, with the ability to provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services. This position is suitable for male candidates who are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the hair industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional barbering services to clients of all ages and hair types
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles
- Perform haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services with precision and attention to detail
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barber/Stylist is preferred but not required
- Must be knowledgeable in various cutting techniques, including fades, scissor cuts, and razor work
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills in both Russian and English (preferred)
- Must have own visa or work permit for Russia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
