Plumber Supervisor

We are hiring a Plumber Supervisor to oversee a team of plumbers in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should be an experienced plumber with strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate plumbing projects. This position is open to Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport. Accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plumbers and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Assign work orders and schedule jobs for the team
- Train new plumbers and provide ongoing training for current employees
- Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Order necessary materials and equipment for plumbing projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked by each team member
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a plumber
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor as needed
- Valid biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
