We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries and create maps and reports for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS, total station, and other surveying equipment
- Analyze and interpret survey data to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Create detailed maps and reports for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate positioning of structures on the land
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on land surveying matters
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards during surveying activities
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and produce final reports upon project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using GPS, total station, and other surveying equipment
- Excellent knowledge of land surveying techniques, principles, and practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately
- Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and safety standards for land surveying activities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams
