Architecture Manager
A prestigious architectural firm in Moscow is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architecture projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client requirements.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
