Barber - Full Time (Malayalees Preferred)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Ajman. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to our clients, including haircuts, styling, shaving, and beard trimming. You should have a passion for the art of barbering and be able to deliver high-quality services to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with clients to understand their desired look
- Provide haircuts, styling, shaving, and beard trimming services according to client preferences
- Ensure a clean and sanitized work area at all times
- Keep up-to-date with current hairstyle trends and techniques
- Maintain knowledge of various hair products and recommend them to clients as needed
- Upsell additional services such as facials or scalp treatments
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from different backgrounds
- Knowledge of different hair types and styles
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations for barbershops
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Prior experience working with diverse clientele is a plus

Working Hours: 9 hours per day (split shift), 6 days per week

Salary: 1700$ per month + commission on sales

Accommodation: Provided by the company (shared apartment)
