Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an entry-level position suitable for men without prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Egyptian national residing in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait (preference)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: 1200$ per month
