We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with our design and product teams to create user-friendly, responsive, and scalable web solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure user-friendly interface and functionality
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in the field of fullstack development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue)
- Experience with server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Understanding of web development principles (RESTful APIs, MVC architecture)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
