Cashier for Biometric Passport Processing - Ufa, Russia


We are in need of a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier for Biometric Passport Processing to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling all financial transactions related to biometric passport processing services. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Process payments for biometric passport services using cash, credit/debit cards, or other forms of payment
- Verify the accuracy of transaction amounts and issue receipts to clients
- Maintain an organized record of all financial transactions and ensure that they are accurately entered into the system
- Prepare daily reports on cash flow, transactions, and any discrepancies found
- Communicate with clients regarding any payment-related issues or concerns
- Handle cash float at the beginning and end of each shift
- Follow all cash handling procedures and security measures to prevent theft or fraud

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting is a plus
- Proven work experience as a cashier or similar role, preferably in a government agency or service-oriented environment
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new procedures
- Fluency in Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage
- Must have a valid biometric passport
