Entry Level Collector

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Collector to join our team in Pula. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses with outstanding debts in order to collect payments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of debt collection.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors by phone, email, or mail to discuss payment options
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Updating account information and maintaining accurate records of all communication with debtors
- Following up on payment arrangements and ensuring timely payments are made
- Escalating difficult cases to senior collectors or legal department when necessary
- Maintaining a professional and respectful attitude towards debtors at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade others
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry

Preferred:
- Previous experience in debt collection or customer service role is an asset
