Heavy Equipment Operator

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently maneuver the equipment to complete tasks on construction sites or other work sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job specifications and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Complete daily logs and reports as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
