We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare dough for various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Operate commercial baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Bake products according to established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate finished products with icings, glazes, or toppings
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Knowledge of different types of doughs and baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
