Entry-Level Baker in Chelyabinsk



Our bakery in Chelyabinsk is seeking an entry-level baker to join our team. As an entry-level baker, you will work closely with experienced bakers and learn the skills and techniques necessary to become a successful baker. No prior experience is required for this position, but a passion for baking and a willingness to learn is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of doughs, batters, and fillings
- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Operating baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
- Decorating baked goods with icing or other toppings
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment
- Learning about food safety regulations and following proper hygiene practices
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or bags of flour
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
