Waiter for a Malayalee Restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team at a popular Malayalee restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a waiter, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the dishes
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
- Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and tact
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Upsell additional items such as desserts or drinks to increase sales

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a waiter in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Knowledge of Malayalee cuisine is an advantage
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Salary: 1600$ per month (tax-free)
Accommodation: Full-time job with accommodation provided
