Formworker Foreman

As a Formworker Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction of formwork structures for various building projects in St-Petersburg. Your main duties will include managing and supervising a team of formworkers, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of formworkers and delegate tasks as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
- Set up and prepare formwork materials according to project specifications
- Oversee the installation of formwork structures, ensuring they are properly aligned and secured
- Monitor work progress to ensure that deadlines are met
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the integrity of the formwork structures
- Ensure all safety regulations are strictly followed at all times
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as engineers and architects, to ensure project success
- Train and mentor new or less experienced formworkers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Familiarity with different types of formwork systems and their installation processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions as needed
- Biometric passport preferred
- Nationality: Russian (preferred)
