We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for construction projects.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being built according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect on commercial projects.
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk, Russia. Applicants must already have the right to work in Russia.
