Commercial Architect


A reputable architectural firm in Izhevsk is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, ensuring the highest level of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure plans are being followed accurately and efficiently
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide necessary guidance to contractors
- Work closely with a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and architectural standards
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position. In addition, we provide accommodation for the duration of the contract.

Location:
This position is located in Izhevsk, known for its rich history and beautiful architecture. While preference will be given to local candidates, we welcome applicants from other parts of Russia as well.
