Mason Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of masonry work, including planning, organizing, and supervising the construction of various structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry work
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of different types of materials used in masonry work
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures on construction sites
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons to ensure timely completion of projects
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to masons as needed
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on the construction site to ensure smooth workflow
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Order materials and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Train new masons as needed

This position is open to all nationalities, but Indians and Malayalees are preferred. Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
