IT Manager



We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage and maintain network servers, systems, and applications
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate measures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and manage IT budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Train employees on new software or systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and data backup/recovery processes
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Familiarity with project management methodologies

Salary: 1000$ per month
