Executive Pastry Chef
We are a high-end restaurant located in Ufa, seeking an experienced and creative Executive Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries, as well as strong leadership skills to manage our pastry kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new dessert and pastry menu items that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences
- Ensure all pastries and desserts are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for all pastry ingredients
- Train and supervise pastry kitchen staff on proper techniques, recipes, and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with other chefs to create a cohesive menu that offers a variety of dessert options
- Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate them into the menu when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, flavor combinations, and presentation styles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and innovation in developing new dessert recipes while also maintaining classic favorites
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
