A renowned cafe in Ufa is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a wide variety of delicious pastries and desserts that will delight our customers' taste buds. We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering high-quality and visually appealing desserts.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, and bread, following traditional and modern recipes
- Create unique and eye-catching dessert presentations that meet our cafe's standards
- Decorate pastries using different techniques to enhance their appearance
- Ensure all desserts are prepared with high-quality ingredients and are presented fresh to customers
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new pastry items for the menu
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, ensuring they are always well-stocked
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members to maintain consistency in dessert preparation
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, methods, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create visually appealing dessert presentations that meet our cafe's standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Creativity and ability to come up with new ideas for dessert items
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good physical stamina as this role requires standing for long periods of time

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa (open to all nationalities)
