Industrial Alpinist



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights, using specialized equipment and techniques to access and complete work on industrial structures such as buildings, bridges, or wind turbines.

Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations on industrial structures at height using rope access techniques
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team
- Use specialized equipment such as harnesses, ropes, carabiners, and ascenders to access structures at height
- Conduct risk assessments before each task and communicate any potential hazards to the team
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions for their industrial alpinism needs
- Keep accurate records of work completed and report any issues or incidents to the appropriate parties

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Valid certification in industrial rope access techniques (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures specific to industrial alpinism
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve quickly in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
