Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Ufa. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing computer systems, identifying inefficiencies, and finding solutions to improve performance. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in computer systems analysis or a related field, but we are open to considering candidates without experience who are willing to learn and grow in this role. Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis of current computer systems
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Collaborate with team members and clients to gather requirements and understand needs
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Implement new systems or upgrades to existing systems
- Test and troubleshoot systems for any issues or bugs
- Train staff on new systems or processes as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, programming languages, databases, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position.

Experience:
Experience in computer systems analysis or related field preferred but not required. We are open to considering candidates without experience who are willing to learn and grow in this role.
