Plasterboard Worker


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Ufa. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard panels according to blueprints and specifications
- Secure panels to walls and ceilings using screws or adhesive
- Apply tape and joint compound to seams between panels for a smooth finish
- Sand, smooth, and texture surfaces using hand tools or machines
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces by replacing or patching sections of plasterboard
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of waste materials
- Communicate with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure quality work is completed on time
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role (without experience is also considered)
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboard panels and their uses
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical strength to lift heavy panels and work in various positions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to provide own tools
