We are a bustling cafe in the seaside city of Albena, Bulgaria seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment. Experience with latte art is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training to candidates who demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

This position includes accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens. We welcome students who are looking to gain experience in the food and beverage industry while studying abroad.

In addition to strong technical skills, we are looking for someone who is personable and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
