Barista (Part-Time)
Location: Albena, Bulgaria


We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team at a popular cafe in the beautiful coastal city of Albena, Bulgaria. As a part-time employee, you will work approximately 20-25 hours per week and have the opportunity for visa sponsorship if needed. This is an ideal job for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and accurately handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month. In addition, we offer opportunities for growth within the company for dedicated employees.
