Merchandiser Assistant



We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Merchandiser Assistant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will assist the merchandising team in coordinating and managing the production process, from product development to delivery. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in product development and sourcing, including researching trends and materials
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality control
- Coordinate sample approvals and maintain accurate records of all samples
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking shipments
- Communicate with factories to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Participate in market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Support the merchandising team in creating visual merchandising strategies for retail stores

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus, but not required
