Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced operators in setting up and operating CNC machines
- Learn how to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
