As a Contract Collector, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts and managing customer accounts. You will work on a contract basis in the city of Osijek, Croatia. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in debt collection or account management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (Croatian language skills preferred)
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis

Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers through phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payments received
- Providing excellent customer service while enforcing collection policies and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex cases and escalate issues when necessary
