A reputable energy company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Engineer to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining power systems for our clients. This is a contract position with competitive salary and visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop power systems, including electrical distribution, generation, and transmission
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure successful project completion
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of power systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and regulations to ensure compliance
- Provide technical support to clients and assist with any issues that may arise
- Ensure safety standards are met throughout all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in power engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of power system design principles and practices
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or ETAP
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English (Croatian language skills are a plus)
- Valid work permit for Croatia (visa sponsorship available)
