We are hiring a Contract Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Sofia. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your duties will include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of construction processes.
