Construction Manager
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: 1400$ per month



We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Sofia, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of the construction process. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure smooth operations on site. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1400$, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time
- Manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment
- Oversee quality control and safety measures on site
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other team members
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others

Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Previous experience working in Sofia or Bulgaria
