We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules and ensure they are followed by the project team
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Hire and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other personnel involved in the project
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, and expenses
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Candidates who are currently living in Sofia or willing to relocate will be given preference.
