Waiter/Waitress
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a bustling restaurant in the charming city of Bansko. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. No prior experience is required for this position, making it an ideal opportunity for recent high school graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while adhering to proper serving procedures
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
