Waiter - Seasonal Contract (Bansko, Bulgaria)



As a Waiter at our hotel in beautiful Bansko, Bulgaria, you will play an integral role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail, you will work alongside our team to deliver a high-quality menu in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take food and drink orders promptly and accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure all orders are accurate and meet quality standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms
- Handle cash transactions using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or server preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
