As an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, both onsite and remotely. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and assisting with network maintenance. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and maintain detailed records of all support activities. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Install and configure computer systems including operating systems, applications, and drivers
- Assist with network maintenance tasks such as setting up user accounts and maintaining security protocols
- Document all support activities accurately in our ticketing system
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner to ensure their satisfaction with our services
