Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide guidance and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Identify and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Keep track of all support requests and ensure timely resolution
- Assist with setting up new computer systems for clients
- Train clients on the use of new technology or software programs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-tech-savvy individuals
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Availability to work part-time with flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with students or in an educational setting
- Russian language proficiency
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools
