Office Assistant - Part Time (Pakistani)
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part-time position, suitable for Pakistani nationals with excellent English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office space
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
