Senior Architect



We are a leading architecture firm based in Clairvaux, seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process of various projects, from initial concept development to final construction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in developing innovative and functional architectural concepts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide guidance to junior architects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Clairvaux or the surrounding area
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve efficiently
