Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to meet project goals and deadlines
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality work
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impede project success
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
